INGREDIENTS
- 8 Tbsp cake flour
- 8 Tbsp caster sugar
- 4 Tbsp whisked whole egg
- 6 Tbsp milk
- 6 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 6 Tbsp chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Honeycomb, to decorate
- Malted milk chocolate puffs dusted with edible silver shimmer dust, to garnish
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients together and spoon into 4 x Le Creuset Metallics 10cm mini cocottes.
Place in the microwave and cook on high for 1 – 2 minutes each or until just spongy to the touch.
Garnish with honeycomb and malted chocolate puffs dusted with edible shimmer dust.
